Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YRDSL ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use YRDSL. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Marketplace Rules

As a user of YRDSL, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate descriptions and pricing for listed items
  • Not list prohibited, illegal, or counterfeit items
  • Honor accepted offers and complete transactions in good faith
  • Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative behavior
  • Not harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Not circumvent the Platform's payment or escrow system

5. Listing Content

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, descriptions, etc.). By posting content, you grant YRDSL a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Platform. You represent that you have the right to post all content you submit.

6. Transactions & Payments

YRDSL facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. We use secure payment processing through Stripe. Escrow protections are available for qualifying transactions. YRDSL charges a service fee on completed transactions as disclosed at checkout.

7. Buyer Protection

Eligible purchases are covered by our Buyer Protection program. Claims must be filed within 72 hours of receiving an item. YRDSL reserves the right to investigate and resolve disputes at its sole discretion.

8. Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions (Pro, Business) are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise collect data without permission
  • Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
  • Manipulate reviews, ratings, or search results
  • Engage in bid sniping, shill bidding, or auction manipulation

10. Intellectual Property

The YRDSL name, logo, and all related marks are our property. The Platform's software, design, and content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

YRDSL is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed items. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YRDSL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold YRDSL harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
